A full valet
Start to finish, in the right order.

Snow foam
Thick foam goes on first and loosens the dirt, so less of it gets rubbed into the paint.

Wheels and arches
Wheels, tyres and arches cleaned with their own brushes, kept apart from the paint.
03Washed by hand
Rinsed down first, then every panel washed by hand with a clean mitt, in straight lines. Never a sponge, never a machine.

Dried by hand
Soft microfibre towels laid on and drawn off, so nothing drags across the paint.

The inside
A full hoover, then the vents, seats, plastics and mats cleaned.

Glass, and a last look
Windows inside and out, then a walk round the whole car before we hand it back.

How do I book?
Price your car on the quote page: pick the size and the clean and you see the price straight away. Leave your number and we text you a day that suits. Nothing is booked until we have both agreed it.
Why do you want photos of the inside?
So the price is right first time. A car with a dog in the back every day takes a lot longer than one that just needs a hoover, and we would rather tell you that before we turn up.
How does the monthly clean work?
It starts with a Full Valet, so the car is at our standard. After that we come back every 4 weeks and text you the evening before. Because the car never gets bad again, each visit takes less time, which is why it costs less. Skip a month or stop whenever you like.
Why does the monthly clean start with a full valet?
A maintenance clean keeps a car right, it cannot get a neglected one right. The Full Valet first gets the paint, wheels and inside back to standard, so every monthly visit after that keeps it there. If we have already done a Full or Deep Valet on your car, you go straight on to the monthly price.
Do I need to be in?
No, as long as we can get to the car and you leave the keys for the inside. Somewhere off the road to park is best. We bring all the kit, but we do need a plug socket and an outside tap we can reach from where the car is parked.
Which days do you work?
Monday to Friday, by appointment. We keep the diary small so every car gets the time it needs.
